As a credit representative of Mortgage Specialists Pty Ltd (ABN 48 612 422 178, ACL 387025), operating under the Specialist Finance Group aggregator network, we are subject to their compliance and oversight framework. Our licensee and aggregator may access your information for compliance, audit, training and oversight purposes as required under their licence obligations.

9. Credit Reporting Bodies
We may disclose your credit information to, and obtain credit information from, credit reporting bodies (CRBs) including:

CRBs may include your information in reports provided to other credit providers. You have the right to request that a CRB not use your information for pre-screening of direct marketing, and to request a freeze on your credit report if you believe you have been a victim of fraud.

We may use electronic verification services to confirm your identity using information held by third parties, including government agencies and credit reporting bodies. By providing your personal information, you consent to us using it for identity verification purposes.
11. Website Analytics and Cookies
