About Commercial Finance Partners

Specialist commercial finance broking backed by banking and credit expertise

Commercial Finance Partners was established to provide clients with finance advice that goes beyond submitting an application — combining personal service with the credit expertise required for complex transactions.

About Commercial Finance Partners

Commercial Finance Partners (ABN 16 734 882 344) provides debt advisory and finance solutions for homeowners, property investors, business owners and developers. We are based in Adelaide and work with clients across Australia.

CFP was established to fill a gap between transactional mortgage broking and the kind of structured, commercially aware finance advice that business owners, investors and developers actually need. We combine residential lending capability with the credit expertise required for commercial property, business finance and development transactions.

As a credit representative (CR No. 486147) of Mortgage Specialists Pty Ltd (Australian Credit Licence 387025), we have access to a broad panel of lenders — banks, non-bank lenders and private funders — and the independence to recommend the structure and lender that best suits each client's situation.

The CFP approach to commercial finance

01

Funding should support the client's strategy

We start by understanding what you are trying to achieve, not by selecting a product. The right finance structure depends on your objectives, your timeline and what comes next.

02

Structure comes before lender selection

Choosing a lender before determining the right structure is the wrong order. We establish the appropriate funding structure first, then identify the lenders best placed to deliver it.

03

Good submissions reduce unnecessary delays

A well-prepared, lender-grade submission reduces conditions, speeds up approvals and demonstrates that the borrower understands their own position. We invest time in preparation.

04

Advice continues beyond approval

Finance requirements change as circumstances evolve. We remain available for reviews, refinancing and future transactions — not just the immediate deal.

How CFP works

Direct

You deal with Stuart, not a call centre. Every conversation, submission and negotiation is handled personally.

Responsive

We understand that finance decisions are often time-sensitive. We respond promptly and keep you informed throughout.

Transparent

We explain our recommendations, the lender's requirements and the likely timeline clearly — no jargon, no surprises.

Commercially practical

We focus on what is achievable and fundable, not on what sounds good in theory. Practical outcomes for real transactions.

Arrange a confidential discussion

Whether you have a specific transaction in mind or want to understand your options, we're happy to have a straightforward conversation.
